Oasis Connect is one of my school projects in the Centre for Digital Media. I worked as UI/UX designer with a cross-functional team including PM, designer and coders to team up with Providence Research including 12 stakeholders to design an dual-system dashboard that improves care delivery and family involvement in Canadian long-term care (LTC) facilities. The platform blends resident-focused solutions with data-driven insights that empower care providers to significantly improve the quality of life and satisfaction from patients, families, and staff. I mainly worked on two main features: care updates and logging, both features have been implemented and tested in 10 rooms at the Youville Residence.
